Québec Azimut offers guided outdoor activities (hiking, expeditions, etc.) in Quebec. Service descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Québec Azimut reserves the right to modify or cancel any activity for safety reasons or due to weather conditions.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit, depending on the activity.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Specific cancellation or refund policies apply to each activity (see section below).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by the client: A partial or full refund may be issued depending on how far in advance the cancellation occurs (e.g. 7 days before the activity). Administrative fees may apply.
  • Cancellation by Québec Azimut: In case of bad weather or safety concerns, the activity will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

5. Liability and Safety

  • The activities offered involve inherent risks (natural conditions, injuries, etc.). By booking, the participant acknowledges these risks and agrees to participate at their own risk.
  • Québec Azimut and its guides are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained during the activities.
  • Participants must follow all safety instructions and guide recommendations.

6. Participant Conduct

Québec Azimut reserves the right to deny participation to any individual whose behavior is deemed dangerous, disrespectful, or incompatible with the experience offered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Québec Azimut. Copying, reproducing, or distributing this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Personal Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (to be added). By booking an activity, you consent to the use of your data for the management of your booking.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the judicial district of Quebec.
